Unable to download most files...

Hello. It looks like the links to files are broken in these categories: Tools, Tutorials, Sources, SFXs. Every time I try to download a file I get an error 404 Not Found. And one more question. How to access all releases in the distro section? When I go to a team's section, I only see half of the releases.
